Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Availability
Orders are shipped exclusively within the United Kingdom. Free shipping is applied to all orders, and no shipping fees are added during checkout.

2. Processing Schedule
After an order is successfully placed, a confirmation email is sent automatically. Orders are generally prepared and processed within 1–3 days, Monday to Friday. Orders submitted after 16:00 GMT will begin processing on the following business day. Processing does not take place on weekends or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, transit typically takes within 4–6 days, Monday to Friday. The combined estimated timeframe for processing and transit is approximately 5–9 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

4. Shipment Updates and Tracking
A shipping confirmation email is sent once the package has been dispatched. Tracking details are then provided in a separate email so the shipment status can be followed during transit. You can use the tracking page to check the latest shipment updates.

5. Delayed Deliveries
Delivery schedules can occasionally be affected by high shipping volumes, weather conditions, holiday periods, or courier-related interruptions. In these situations, shipments may require up to three additional business days beyond the estimated timeframe. If your order has not arrived after this extended period, please contact info@keldwick.com.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an order is received with incorrect items or arrives damaged, contact info@keldwick.com with the following information:

  • Order number or reference
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the received item and its condition

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, the case will be resolved with a replacement or refund.

7. Cancellation Requests
Orders will only be cancelled before processing has started. Cancellation requests should be submitted by email to info@keldwick.com. Orders that have already entered processing must follow the procedures outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.
